A -One of the most unusual antique glass cabochons ! This is a 1930's Czech stone that is actually made of two pieces that fit together perfectly. The glossy Onyx black base has three molded rounded bars on one end. It is recessed at the other end and holds a Rose Pink glass stone that has 3 raised bars with finely molded linear detailing.
Back is not quite flat and has very shallow faceting. 16mm x 10mm x 3mm thick.
B -1980's vintage Swarovski crystal Butterfly stone. Made of frosted glass with a dimensional two-sided molded design.No hole. 15mmx 15mm x 7mm at thickest central part.
C - This one is bold and ... WOW ! So dimensional, with a domed top blanketed in lush flowers molded in high relief.
It looks like it's two pieces, but it's actually only one. The raised border has applied Black coloration that gives it crisp definition. Flat back. 32mm x 18mm x 12mm at the highest center point.
D - Fabulous vintage glass cabochon has a wonderful Art Nouveau design of a fish swimming through sea grass.Graceful curves, rich detailing, and pierced accent areas. Rich tonal Lipstick red glass. Flat back. 25mm x 18mm x 3mm thick.
E - What an unusual old glass stone !
Fine quality translucent Tobacco Brown glass cabochon features an engraved illustration of Aesop's fable, "The Fox and The Stork".
The raised central cartouche has a high gloss finish in contrast to the matte finish background. The image is deeply engraved and well defined. It's surrounded by a border of tiny raised dots. The top edge was ground down a bit, so it's not as smooth as the other sides. No effect on the appearance from the front. Flat back. 18mm x 13mm
F -Fabulous vintage glass stone is made of 3 separate pieces ! Wonderful and unusual molded Art Deco design in semi-opaque Cornflower Blue glass. Two inset semi-opaque Carnelian glass "arrows" accent the botanical motif.
Flat back. 20mm x 10mm x 5mm at the thickest part.
G - A stylized Flower design is molded in relief on this elegant vintage glass button.
The petals surround a raised center that rises to a gentle point. A granulated border around the center is repeated on the outer edge of the button.
Extended self shank has a side to side hole.
The button is made of semi-translucent frosted glass.
18mm in diameter x 10mm front to back.
