Magnificent impressionist rendition of the Hudson Valley in upstate New York, painted "en plein aire" - painted outdoors; directly from nature.
Framed in a striking Gold finished wood frame with a linen inner liner. Framed size measures an impressive 37" x 43". The actual canvas measures 30" x 36". Signed in the lower right corner.

John Osborne was born in New Jersey in 1951. He graduated Cum Laude from the Pratt Institute in New York and later studied at the Art Student's League of New York.
John's exceptional landscape oil paintings are distinguished by their magnificent lighting and atmospheric effects. He paints "en plein aire", masterfully translating a moment in time onto canvas.
